  Admin staff are so rude on the phone and face to face. I have a regular Dr i see here and he has been great which is why I recommended my partner to go here but he has been so disrespected and made to feel really s*#t by the staff at the counter he won't be going back and neither will I. I understand that they deal with a large number of people with problems all day but they should be sympathetic and understanding to everyone otherwise they should be in a different profession. Drs are great but service is BAD!!!
